From a Tractor in Leavenworth to the Western Slopes
Summit Landscape & Construction was born in Leavenworth, Washington — not in a boardroom, but in a driveway. When Greg first purchased a tractor to plow his own driveway, he quickly realized his neighbors needed the same reliable help. One winter led to another, and what started as snow removal for a few families grew into something Greg had never planned for: a full-service landscape and construction company serving the greater Pacific Northwest.
That origin story matters because it defines how Greg runs every job today. He didn't set out to build a business — he set out to help his community. That instinct for showing up and doing good work is still the foundation of everything Summit does.

Greg leads Summit's operations with the precision and calm that comes from years as a firefighter in King County. Those qualities — reliability under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication — translate directly into every landscape and construction project Summit takes on. Whether it's a paver patio in Woodinville or a full site clearing in Lake Stevens, Greg approaches it with the same discipline he brings to the station.
Kelsey keeps Summit running behind the scenes, managing client relationships, scheduling, and the day-to-day coordination that makes a growing company feel personal. She's the reason clients always know where their project stands and feel heard throughout the process.
Together, Greg and Kelsey have built Summit into a company that serves Snohomish and King Counties — and counting. Their growth isn't the result of aggressive marketing. It's the result of work that speaks for itself and clients who keep coming back.
