Terms of Service

These terms cover use of www.summitlandscapewa.com and our text messaging program. A signed quote, proposal, or contract controls the actual work. If these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for that job.

Program description

Our text program is used for customer support and job communication. Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and schedule changes

  • Quote, proposal, and on-site visit updates

  • Invoices, payment links, and receipts

  • Job progress and completion updates

  • Replies to questions you text us

  • Occasional promotional messages, only if you have opted in

We do not send texts you did not request except where you have given us your number and agreed to receive messages, or where you text us first.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s normal texting rates apply to messages you send and receive. Summit does not charge a separate fee for texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most messages are tied to an active quote, visit, or job. You may receive several messages in a short period while a project is being scheduled or underway, and few or none when you do not have open work with us. Promotional messages, if you opt in, are occasional and not daily.

Customer support

Call or text 425-780-5433, email info@summitlandscapewa.com, or reply HELP to any message. We respond during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Saturday by appointment.

Opt-out

You can cancel texts at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation, and we will stop automated and marketing texts to that number. Reply START or contact us if you want to opt back in. Opting out of texts does not cancel a quote or a job already agreed to.

We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent

By submitting a form with your mobile number, texting us, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive the messages described above at that number. Consent is not required to buy services from us. You can call or email instead.

Website use

The site is for general information and to request a consultation. Photos and descriptions are examples of our work, not a promise that your project will look identical. Quotes on the site or by phone are estimates until we confirm scope in a written proposal.

A request form or text does not create a contract. Work starts only after we accept the job and you approve the written quote or contract, including any required deposit.

Payments and changes

Pricing, deposits, change orders, and payment timing are set in your quote or contract. Extra work outside the approved scope is billed only after you approve it. Card payments are processed by our payment provider.

Property access and site conditions

You are responsible for giving us reasonable access and for telling us about known private utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, pets, and other hazards that public locates will not show. We call for public utility locates where required. Unmarked private lines are the owner’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Washington law, Summit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost use of the property, arising from use of this website or the text program. Our responsibility for a job is limited to the remedies in the signed agreement for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law.

Disclaimer

Site content is provided as is. We do not warrant that the site or text delivery will be uninterrupted. Carriers may filter or delay messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or the text program after an update means you accept the current terms. The current version will stay on this page.
