  • Spring and early fall are ideal for seeding. Sod can be installed year-round in the Pacific Northwest, though summer installation requires more watering during establishment. We'll time your project to give it the best start.

  • Most sod roots within 2–3 weeks with proper watering. We'll walk you through the establishment care schedule before we leave the job.

  • In most cases, no — proper artificial turf installation requires removing the existing lawn and preparing a compacted base layer. Skipping that step leads to uneven surfaces and drainage problems. We do it right.
