Wood fencing is a classic choice in the Pacific Northwest — natural, versatile, and beautiful when installed correctly. Summit builds cedar and pressure-treated wood fences in a range of styles — from open rail fencing to board-on-board, shadowbox, and solid privacy designs.   • Most residential privacy fences (under 6') don't require a permit, but height limits and setback requirements vary by city and county. Summit is familiar with local regulations across our service area and will confirm requirements before your project begins.
